• Interview buddy – when you’re invited to interview, an experienced PhD ZSer will reach out to support your candidacy; they will guide you through the interview process and help you practice the case interview.
• Onboarding support – once hired, a dedicated PhD ZSer will support you through the onboarding process during your first year at ZS.
• Advanced degree community – join this community and cover a wide range of topics relevant to ZSers with advanced degrees; it’s also a great way to meet people and network!
• New joiner buddy – as a new ZSer, you will be paired with an experienced PhD ZSer of the same level who will be your go-to resource for any question, big or small.
• Learning & mentorship program – during your first year at ZS, you will be assigned a mentor with whom you will meet 1:1 and in a cohort setting to give you the confident and skillsets needed to be successful.
