Human Resources Specialist - Regional Learning Lead (London, United Kingdom)

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST/REGIONAL LEARNING LEAD

We seek an experienced learning professional to join our London, UK office as a Regional Learning Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing the European regional execution and connection for learning programmes and oversees the execution of learning initiatives in other regions as assigned. The role will partner with key stakeholders across the business, HRBPs and the Learning COE (Centres of Expertise) to identify leaning needs and deliver learning solutions, with an emphasis on regional needs to ensure successful global program execution. The role also supervises ZSers within the assigned region who will be working on global and regional programs. This role reports to the European Regional Human Resources Lead and works closely with the Learning COE. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the execution of learning programs, schedules and vendors for regional and selected global programs ensuring alignment and continuity of the learning strategy and vision from in the deployment to execution within the assigned region.
  • Ensure consistent and targeted communication with regional business leaders and training participants
  • Partner with regional HRBPs to ensure all program communication is timely and accurate
  • Lead key relationships and champion learning through communication plans and customized messages for regional stakeholders
  • Manage the process to ensure facilitator/instructor resources to maintain up-to-date content and support adherence to best practices for quality deliverables
  • Be a conduit and partner to surface learning program requests and enhancements to the Learning Strategy Team. 
  • Coach and develop direct reports and lead project teams to ensure successful execution of Learning & Expertise Development solutions
  • Partner on measurement and data collection strategies to ensure all curricula and development goals are being effectively met
  • Facilitate, schedule and produce selected learning programs
  • In collaboration with other Learning focused leaders establish guidelines that will define best practices for ongoing program management of various learning experiences inclusive of digital connect technology. 
  • Collaborate with the extended Learning team to prioritize learning and development initiatives based on business needs
  • Keep abreast of emerging learning best practices and industry trends and sharing with the team as well as applying them to the learning experience space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s or Advanced Degree Preferred; 
  • At least 6+ years of relevant work experience, Professional Services knowledge preferred;
  • Excellent task and project management skills with experience overseeing training programmes imprecation including measures of programmatic impact;
  • Demonstrated proficiency of learning theory and methodology;
  • Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with project team members and distributed and matrixed teams; stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables;
  • Confirmed ability to analyse problems and solve them creatively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information;
  • Ability to partner with, stakeholders, colleagues and managers to ensure needed business outcomes.
