Human Resources Associate/Learning & Expertise Development Delivery (London, United Kingdom)

Human Resources develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.


We seek a Learning and Development Associate to join our Human Resources Learning team in our London, UK office. The L&D Associate will work with the current lead for Learning in Europe to develop and implement internal ZS learning and development for approximately 230+ employees across 3 European offices. The position reports into the Global Talent Engagement and Development hub within the HR function.


  • Work in partnership with the EU learning team to:
    • Design regional and local training plans. Implement best practices, tools and templates for training planning;
    • Design training materials
  • Program manage the 1st year Associate Program and all Track learning days
  • Advise business stakeholders on appropriate learning solutions
  • Work on various ad hoc learning projects
  • Manage the ZS learning management system for the EU & Asia PAC
  • Ensure consistent and targeted communication with regional business leaders and training participants;
  • Collaborate with the extended Learning & Expertise Development team to prioritize learning and development initiatives based on business needs;
  • Partner with local subject matter experts to customize learning deliverables for regional needs;
  • Support the learning admin processes to include the management of logistics and evaluation of learning interventions against agreed reporting metrics
  • Work with the global team to ensure all participants are correct for global training programs from Europe & Asia PAC
  • To be a face of learning for Europe, managing enquiries and requests
  • Support the delivery & creation of the ZS EU Academy


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years professional experience in human resources or learning and development, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Some knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies
  • An interest in developing facilitating skills desirable
  • An excellent communicator, with a passion for training
  • Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and be credible in front of senior leaders
  • Ability to assess performance improvement needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Effective project management skills
  • Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables
  • Ability to analyse problems and create creative solutions
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information
  • ZS is a global consulting firm; language capabilities in addition to English would be desirable.

ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in European or Asian languages is strongly desired.
