Digital Customer Engagement Leader (London, United Kingdom)

The Principal – Digital Commercial Excellence Technology Lead is a senior role in the firm and will serve as a Business Leader and Thought Champion in ZS’s Digital /CCM Practice. This role will have responsibility for developing and managing our Europe Digital Technology Business of the Customer Centric Marketing (CCM)Practice primarily in the Life Sciences vertical, develop innovative Digital offerings tailored for Europe, develop strategic relationship with our client’s Business and IT Heads (including Head of Digital, Chief Digital Officers), and maintain a portfolio of large-scale Digital transformation programs. The successful candidate will work closely with ZS leadership, expand Digital business in our existing Life Sciences clients, help acquire new clients in the Digital space, and build trusted advisory relationships with executives at the company’s largest Life Sciences clients.The Principal – Digital Commercial Excellence Technology Lead is a senior role in the firm and will serve as a Business Leader and Thought Champion in ZS’s Digital /CCM Practice. Responsibilities:

  • Lead large scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry
  • Design and manage transformation programs and client relationships particularly in the area of Digital, AI Personalization Engines, Marketing Technology and Operations, Content Transformation, Digital Field Engagement, and Digital Data Management & Analytics
  • Play a lead role in shaping our client’s future state Digital Commercial charters and facilitate change in client organizations
  • Lead innovations, new offering development and commercialization of capabilities tailored for Europe & globally in the areas of Digital/AI/Marketing Technology
  • Partner with Global ZS Digital/CCM Practice and ZS Europe Leadership to develop and cultivate a focused Europe Digital & Tech Team focused on Commercial topics
  • Drive and nurture partnerships with Digital platform providers
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds;
  • Play an active role in counseling and mentoring Managers and Consultants within the organization

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a Management Consulting/Professional services firm;
  • Ideal candidate with offer demonstrated expertise and specialization in Digital Platforms but will be a boundary spanner (between Strategy, Analytics and Technology)
  • Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects
  • Strong ability to assess a company’s Digital maturity through senior stakeholder interviews, organizational discovery and benchmarks;
  • Strong ability to formulate our client’s Digital strategy, technology blueprint, implementation roadmap and operating models;

  • Strong ability to lead transformation programs that spans business strategy, advanced analytics & AI, and Digital Technologies
  • Demonstrated experience and strong credentials in managing large scale change programs leveraging some or all of the following technology pillars:
    • Cloud & Digital Platforms – e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe
    • Digital Asset Management Platforms: e.g. Adobe, Aprimo, Veeva Vault etc
    • Customer Data Platforms – e.g. Evergage, Tealium
    • AdTech Platforms – e.g. Google
  • High motivation, outstanding work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
  • Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook
