Data Strategy & Partnerships Consultant (Europe offices)

The Data Strategy & Partnerships Consultant will develop and cultivate partnerships with various data providers in the EU/Asia regions, primarily centered around healthcare.  Located in one of our European offices, the role will support the broader organization to understand the data landscape in the EU and Asia. The consultant works closely with various practice areas (e.g. Research and Development, RWE, RWD & I etc.) across a variety of client projects and internal strategic asset development. They will develop relationships with a network of potential sources providing traditional or innovative data assets; building collaboration models to ensure mutual benefits. This individual will have high visibility within the firm and work collaboratively with the rest of the Data Partnerships group located in the US and India.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive healthcare data landscape in EU and Asia
  • Work with the Data Partnerships leadership (US and India) to execute on the local data strategy. Communicate and coordinate with other Data Partnerships team members to ensure alignment
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with diverse potential data providers (traditional and emerging), at various levels, including senior executives.
  • Manage day-to-day activity and communication with data partners; serve as point of contact on all aspects to make partnerships live
  • Expand awareness, knowledge and usage of data partnerships within the firm; communicate use cases, facilitate training, etc.
  • Participate in or lead client projects on data strategy, analytics, RWE

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree required, with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework
  • 5-7 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience; prior experience working with healthcare data provider preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare data and experience its practical applications (e.g. Patient Level Data) (experience with RWD/RWE projects would be a bonus)
  • Self-starter, with high motivation, maturity and personal initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Empathy, adaptability and high personal impact
  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, and delivering in an unstructured environment

 

ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English and the local language of the office is required, additional fluency in European or Asian languages is desirable. Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment.
