Change Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our growing Transformation Expertise Centre. The position will be based in our London office.

Change Management Consultants serve on project teams across Business Consulting, Business Technology, and Business Operations to help client organizations embed and realise the full value of organizational, cultural, and technological change. We are looking for an individual who is motivated to be a driver in our Change and Transformation practice, and who is seeking an opportunity for substantial personal development and growth. The ideal candidate is flexible and possesses strong problem-solving skills, moving beyond change management theory and frameworks to put forth the best solution for given client situations. They are excellent communicators and are experienced and adept at interacting with client stakeholders from of all levels. They have executive presence and are comfortable asserting a point of view. They have a proven track record managing complex strategic and event driven change programmes.

Change Management Consultants may work on multiple projects simultaneously. Change Management Consultants also contribute to the development of the Change Management practice area within ZS, including enhancing and innovating our methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with project leadership to define Change Management project scope and develop approach;
  • Working in a team environment, develop and execute change management strategies, applying ZS Change Management tools and frameworks – including leadership alignment, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder analysis experience design, change activation and measurement;
  • Interact with client stakeholders, inducing client interviews, update meetings, designing and facilitating workshops;
  • Work with team to develop project deliverables;
  • Support the growth of the ZS Change Management practice area through thought leadership, asset development, and capability building;
  • Participate in business development;
  • Contribute to internal firm activities;
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a consulting role, with a focus on change strategy and execution;
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferable, but not a pre-requisite;
  • Bachelor's degrees with a strong academic record;
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
  • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – including presentation and workshop facilitation - that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers;
  • Self-motivated and strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel;
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mind-set;
  • Are strong willed and comfortable asserting a point of view
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with a creative and design-thinking outlook;
  • Client service orientation.
