STRATEGY INSIGHTS & PLANNING CONSULTANT (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT)

Strategy Insights & Planning Consultants/People & Performance (SIPCs) coordinate the execution of project logistics for clients and project teams. SIPCs/P&P leverage their expertise to design, deliver and implement creative, strategic learning interventions. In particular, SIPCs/P&P identify learning objectives, develop relevant learning modules and deliver quality learning opportunities to support clients’ learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to analyse client learning & development needs;
  • Articulate detailed strategic learning objectives into a cohesive plan to deliver appropriate business specific learning interventions;
  • Lead and manage client projects, as a thought leader, learning designer and delivery expert;
  • Collaborate with client and ZS teams to create flexible learning solutions appropriate and fit for the audience utilising a blended learning approach;
  • Design and deliver custom learning interventions in close conjunction with client stakeholders, subject matter experts and internal colleagues;
  • Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams;
  • Take initiative to advance problem solving skills and ZS's capabilities;
  • Teach, mentor and coach associates to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline, advanced degree welcome; strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required;
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience, either within a learning & development provider or consulting environment;
  • Ability to translate learning needs analysis into meaningful and structured learning events;
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence;
  • Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;
  • Self-discipline for planning and organising tasks;
  • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.

ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in European or Asian languages is strongly desired.  Candidates must possess work authorisation for their intended country of employment.
