Senior Learning Associate/Program Delivery (Princeton, NJ)

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE/LEARNING PROGRAM DELIVERY 

We seek an experienced Learning professional that will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing innovative “milestone” training programs and resources. Our “Milestone training” is focused on continuing to develop key skills in managing client relationships, projects, and teams for our consulting staff upon role change or promotion.The role will partner with key stakeholders across the business to develop learning solutions, customize for local needs, and ensure successful program execution.  

Description

  • Collaborate with members in the learning team to implement learning solutions for different milestone stages of ZSers;
  • Develop, manage, and execute learning program project plans by collaborating across stakeholders and learning team members, overseeing logistical support, strong operational mindset in helping with scale of various milestone programs and coordinating across a cross functional global team to ensure learning delivery is per set guidelines;
  • Lead the integration of extended firm-wide programs aligned with ZS milestone development;
  • Manage communications and delivery logistics for key learning programs and initiatives;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve and adjust learning programs;
  • Manage participant and facilitator/instructor resources and partner with stakeholders to maintain up-to-date content and support adherence to best practices for quality deliverables;
  • Monitor learning effectiveness by collecting learning feedback from participants and stakeholders. Create relevant training metrics reports and develop improvement plans where needed;
  • Support building vendor relationships and vendor contracts/invoices.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required with strong academic performance, MBA or Master of Science in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology, or related field preferred;
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience;
  • Proven track record of managing large scale global learning programs;
  • Strong task and project management with experience coordinating and implementing training programs; excellent program management skills;
  • Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with project team members and distributed stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables;
  • Confirmed ability to analyze problems and solve them creatively;
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to design and develop classroom and informal learning solutions and knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods would be good to have;
  • Sense of humor appreciated!
