Senior Human Resources Associate/Workforce Strategy (Evanston, IL)

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE - WORKFORCE STRATEGY

We seek a Senior Human Resources Associate – Workforce Strategy in our Evanston, IL headquarters group. The Senior HR Analyst will report to the Associate Director of Workforce Strategy and support senior company leaders across a range of HR activities from analysis and issue identification through to strategic initiatives. The Senior Analyst will routinely produce and improve standard and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards and scorecards to provide guidance on workforce planning activities.  
Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly resource planning process and supply/demand capacity management;
  • Gather data and prepare HR reporting, scorecards/dashboards and analyses on key metrics using MS Excel and other relational databases;
  • Assist with HR technology implementations and data maintenance. Report data integrity, administration and validation issues;
  • Support HR team in providing workforce-related recommendations and messaging to stakeholders;
  • Prepare analysis and presentations for key company meetings – i.e. Management Committee, Monthly Headcount Demand Planning, Regional Leadership Meetings;
  • Proactively identify key trends within the business and initiate actions to improve company performance and support ongoing growth and expansion;
  • Collaborate with other functional teams (i.e. Finance) to complete ad-hoc projects in support of HR Leadership and firm’s objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; (master’s degree appreciated) in mathematics, statistics, finance, engineering, industrial/organizational psychology or related discipline;
  • Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience in forecasting/scenario modeling and statistical analysis;
  • Strong financial and business acumen;
  • Advanced MS Excel modeling and data manipulation skills;
  • Strong problem-solving ability and obsessive attention to detail;
  • Excellent project and time management skills;
  • Naturally curious and proactive;
  • Flexible in approach to reprioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to form great relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders throughout company;
  • Experience working in a multi-national professional services environment preferre.
