Human Resources develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE/INCLUSION, DIVERSITY, & ENGAGEMENT

We seek an experienced Inclusion & Diversity Associate who will play a key role in delivering the organization's commitment to inclusion, diversity and engagement. S/he will leverage their I&D expertise to support  a global strategy and drive the implementation of programs and practices that will attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce as well as foster an environment of inclusion across the organization and across our people programs. Candidates should also possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, superior skills in project management and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of I&D programs by partnering with various HR team members and business leaders
  • Support programs that strengthen strategies around I&D related to recruiting, performance and engagement processes that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with the People and Culture Team to help embed inclusive practices, diversity thinking, metrics and practices in talent engagement and leadership development
  • Support internal and external communications that position ZS’s I&D programs to help with Talent Acquisition (empowering Recruiters with the right messages) and internal engagement. Help develop communications that inspire internal talent to get involved in helping retain a strong, inclusive culture in ZS.
  • Connect with external networks to understand diverse talent pool sources.
  • Identify new opportunities to initiate and cultivate relationships with external organizations/experts that can add value to ZS’s efforts on I&D.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. Report on milestone progress toward strategic priorities.
  • Support engagement processes including engagement surveys and related analyses.
  • Support engagement-related communication and knowledge sharing by maintaining our internal engagement communication channels and portals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3 years of program/project management experience
  • Self-directed with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to establish relationships across levels and across geographies
  • Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis
  • Sense of humor appreciated!

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building diversity and inclusion programs from the ground up including thought leadership, ideation, formulating business proposals, implementing new processes, and change management.
  • Experience collaborating with Business stakeholders and Human Resources to implement actionable processes.
