Digital Analytics Manager - Loyalty & Marketing (Chicago, IL)

ZS's Non-Healthcare Analytics group focuses on conceptualizing, designing and implementing a wide spectrum of Digital and Analytic solutions to improve commercial and operational effectiveness for clients. We offer a wide range of services based on client needs from strategy development, roadmap definition to providing platforms and services that help clients with their on-going operations. Our team possesses deep expertise in formulating strategies, delivering on leading Digital and Advanced analytics, Business Intelligence and Platform Development to solve business problems.

 

Non-Healthcare Digital Analytics Manager - Loyalty & Marketing

A Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading teams in client projects to deliver many of the activities below:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess maturity of an organization through stakeholder interviews, discovery, and benchmarks.
  • Help formulate vision, strategy and implementation roadmap for our clients
  • Define future state capabilities for clients using analytics to solve commercial and operational challenges
  • Lead analysis of data from a variety of sources - marketing, sales, digital, operational
  • Lead a team to drive the strategy and implementation of capabilities, for ex- CRM and Loyalty, Digital Test and Learn, Content Management, Campaign Management, Marketing Data Hub etc.
  • Lead development of dashboards and analytical solutions to help teams understand campaign performance
  • Lead a team of 8-10 members and collaborate with offshore teams

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of relevant consulting-industry or industry experience (preferably in Hospitality, CPG, High Tech) working on medium-large scale projects
  • At least 7-10 years of experience with building digital, loyalty, analytics strategies, assessing performance and formulating new recommendations
  • Knowledge of Analytic, Marketing and Digital tool sets
  • Experience leading cross functional teams to solve business problems, management of off shore teams is a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • MBA from a top tier B-school preferred
  • Strong relationship building and maintaining skills, particularly across functional areas
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, analytic, planning and leadership skills   
  • Can do attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment                                

 

ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
